1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TakingHomeTheBacon.com ("we," "us," or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

• Shared web hosting (Street, Block, and Empire plans)
• Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting
• Dedicated server hosting
• Domain registration and management
• Email hosting services
• Gaming server hosting
• SSL certificates
• Website builder tools

All services are subject to availability and technical requirements as specified in your service plan.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft
• Hosting adult content or pornography
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Denial of Service (DoS) attacks
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

3.2 Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts must not:

• Use more than 25% of server resources for longer than 90 seconds
• Run standalone server daemons or forked processes
• Run gaming servers, chat applications, or proxy scripts
• Store backup files that exceed 50% of allocated disk space

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing Cycle

All hosting plans are prepaid on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due in full upon registration and before each renewal period.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Bank transfers (for annual plans)
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)

4.3 Renewal and Late Payment

Renewal invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Services will be suspended 5 days after a missed payment. Suspended accounts may be terminated after 30 days of non-payment.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply at your next renewal period.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if:

• No Terms of Service violations have occurred
• The account has not been suspended for abuse
• This is your first account with us

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Domain registrations and transfers
• SSL certificates
• Renewal payments
• Setup fees (if applicable)
• Add-on services

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

6.1 Data Collection

We collect only necessary information to provide our services, including:

• Contact information (name, email, phone)
• Billing information
• Technical data (IP addresses, browser information)
• Usage statistics

6.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6.3 Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 15145597 CANADA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past twelve (12) months.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your client portal. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds for unused service periods.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• You fail to pay fees when due
• Your actions harm or threaten to harm our services or other users
• We are required to do so by law

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
